Expatriate Quota Application – New

Register on the NOGIC JQS portal using the link nogicjqs.gov.ng
Login to your profile on the NOGIC JQS portal.
Click on Expatriate Quota Management
Submit application letter and draft copy of adverts to the board.
Fill up the various fields and attach all relevant documents.
Save and review or Submit to NCDMB

On successful submission of the application, an auto-generated email will be sent to the applicant company, notifying them that the application has been successfully submitted to NCDMB.

Apply for and manage your TWP in line with Nigerian Content requirements for expatriate workers.

Expatriate Quota Application – Renewal/ Redesignation

Register on the NOGIC JQS portal using the link nogicjqs.gov.ng
Login to your profile on the NOGIC JQS portal.
Click on Expatriate Quota Management
Click on submitted application.
Submit application letter
Fill up the various fields and attach all relevant supporting documents
Save and review or Submit to NCDMB
On successful submission of the application, an auto-generated email will be sent to the applicant company, notifying them that the application has been successfully submitted to NCDMB.

Nigerian Content Equipment Certification (NCEC)

Nigerian Content Equipment Certificate (NCEC)

Login to nogicjqs.gov.ng
Click on NCEC management.
Next click on add new NCEC application.
Select from the eight (8) different categories, the category that is in line/most suitable to the scope of services provided by the applicant.
Fill up the fields and attach all relevant documents.
Save and review or submit to NCDMB.
On successful submission of the application, an auto-generated email will be sent to the applicant, notifying that the application has been successfully submitted and is being processed.

Marine Vessel Categorization

Marine Vessel Categorization (MVC)

Register on nogicjqs.gov.ng
Click on the Marine Vessel application.
On the list view of Marine Vessel screen, click on the Marine Vessel record.
On the pop-up form, select vessel-built type, Nigerian or Foreign built and specify the gross tonnage of the vessel and click on continue.
Use the basic form and fill in all the required details about the vessel then click on continue.
In the document section, ensure to upload all the required/relevant documents for the vessel.
Click on save, this saves the application so the user can submit it later.
Click on the submit button to submit to NCDMB for approval.
