Objectives of the NCCF

The primary objective for setting up the NCCF is to provide a robust platform for information sharing on upcoming projects and local capabilities relating to the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry
Also, the Forum is meant to serve as a “Think-Tank” for developing and articulating policies; and implementing frameworks/models that will achieve sustainable development of Nigerian content in the oil and gas industry.

Overall, ten (10) sectoral committees have been formed to constitute NCCF: The Sub-committees are;

  • Information and Communication Technology
  • Education and Training
  • Engineering
  • Fabrication
  • Essential Services
  • Shipping & Logistics
  • Finance, Legal services and Insurance
  • PETAN
  • Material and Manufacturing
  • Multinationals

The committees are representative of all the key stakeholders across the Oil & Gas Industry.
